(ग) एवं (घ) 12 जनवरी, 2011 को मछली पकड़ने वाले एक भारतीय जलपोत पर श्रीलंकाई नौसेना द्वारा गोली चलाए जाने की सूचना मिली थी, जिसमें एक भारतीय मछुआरा श्री वीरापाण्डियन की मौत हो गई थी।

6. Mr. Mukherjee, Sir, if I could ask you, the Thai Government has sent India a Note Verbale saying that the Indian Navy had sunk a Thai trawler in the Gulf of Aden.

मुखर्जी साहब यदि आपसे पूछ सकता, थाई सरकार ने एक नोट भेजा है जिसमें कहा गया है भारतीय नौसेना ने अदन की खाड़ी में थाई ट्रॉलर डुबो दिया ।

7. External Affairs Minister of India: So far as the question of action against Thai trawler is concerned, first of all I would like to express my deep condolence for the loss of lives of the crew.

भारत के विदेश मंत्री : जहां तक थाई ट्रॉलर के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई का प्रश्न है । सर्वप्रथम मैं कर्मीदल की मृत्यु पर अपनी गहन संवेदना व्यक्त करना चाहूंगा ।
