3. Sonstige Angaben: Im Oktober 2005 von den kongolesischen Behörden festgenommen, vom Berufungsgericht Kisangani freigesprochen, anschließend aufgrund neuer Anklagepunkte den Justizbehörden in Kinshasa übergeben.

Other information: Arrested by Congolese authorities in October 2005, acquitted by the Court of Appeal in Kisangani, subsequently transferred to the judicial authorities in Kinshasa on new charges.

4. Am Bezirksgericht wurden drei der Männer zu sechs und neun Monaten Jungendhaft verurteilt, doch das Berufungsgericht sprach einen von ihnen frei, da nicht bewiesen werden konnte, dass er älter als 15 Jahre und damit schuldfähig war.

In the District Court, three of the men were sentenced to six to nine months juvenile care, but the Appeals Court acquitted one of them as since it could not be proven that he was above 15 years of age and therefore criminally responsible.
